“The temperatures are going to rise sharply this week.
The nights will say cool, but it will be hot between 11:00 and 18:00.
The high point of the temperatures will be constant from Tuesday to Sunday, with temperatures which could climb to 32° C at 1000m. There will only be a very light breeze.
We ask that you have a reserve of a minimum of 2 litres of water with you.
We highly recommend the use of a hat or cap which covers the back of your neck.
Use water from the rivers ans streams to cool you head and body.
There are numerous drinking fountains along the route: do not hesitate to drink or fill your reserves. (Potable on a fountain means that it is drinkable, non-potable = undrinkable).
Wear sun screen.
Wear sun-glasses.”
